Adult & Teen Program


image Our Adults' Program is designed for adults to have the opportunity to work directly with other adults. An average class will often consist of full body conditioning and detailed one-on-one instruction. You do not need to have previous martial art training or be physically fit to start your Mu Sool Won training. Each class is customized to fit all our students' needs at that time. If you are injured or have any other physical limitation, please inform your instructor and training partners before your training begins. This will allow us to accommodate your injury without further aggravating it, while still allowing you a full class of effective training.


Our curriculum consists of:

  • Joint Locks
  • Pressure Points
  • Escapes (from grabs and holds)
  • Traditional Korean Forms
  • Traditional Korean Weapons
  • Practical and Gymnastics-style Falling
  • Sparring
