  • Beginner: White Belt - Green Stripe
  • Intermediate: Green Belt - Red Stripe
  • Advanced: Red Belt - Black Stripe
  • Dahn Bo Nim: Brown Belt with Two Black Stripes (one sewn-on stripe & one tape stripe)
  • All Ranks: White Belt - Black Belt
  • Black Belt Club: Special class, by invitation only (blue belt and above)
  • Sr. Black Belt & Specialized Training: Senior Level Black Belts only, or Colored Belts who are training directly with a Senior Black Belt. Senior Black Belts must take responsibility for all Colored Belts training with them during this hour. Please see owners for guidance on this class.
  • Mu Sool FIT Kickboxing Fitness: Non-ranked kickboxing workout classes. Open to all Mu Sool Won adult students, and currently enrolling new students. Click here for more details.
